The main meat and potatoes of the Jump Manual is in Chapter 8 where you will get a detailed workout plan of what you should do each day in order to improve your vertical. Obviously Jacob Hiller goes through your main vertical jump workout days but also has specific exercises for you to do on your off days to see increased gains. These exercises are to help you increase performance for the different sports that people play.

Corpus Reports
Membership in the Corpus community entitles you to receive Corpus Reports, our bi-monthly journal, as well as support our activities and programs for a renewed and inclusive priesthood. Member fee is $85.00 which entitles you to the journal and all the other benefits of our ministerial community.

We need your continued support as we work for a renewed, reformed and inclusive sacramental priesthood. By establishing an inclusive priesthood, we will be saving the Eucharist for ourselves and our children. Your generous response to this request will determine the level of activity for CORPUS.
